Prof. Hoffmann is leader of the Department Medical Technology and Neuroprothetics at the Fraunhofer Institute of Biomedical Technology in St.Ingbert, Germany. Prof Robert Pozos is Professor of Biology at the College of Sciences, San Diego State University, CA, USA.
