Sonic 4-tier music, in the worst ways Only 12 Zones, very generic Confusing story, missing cutscenes Crashes plenty and bugs everywhere Tedious bosses, too many invincibility frames BS final bosses, which took up 3/4 of game time

Buy Mario Wonder instead :)

This is a really short game, I know Sonic games in general are pretty short, but to charge this game at full price is outrageous. (Blame SEGA, not MightyApe)

This game has 11 Zones, the first 8 are decent but as soon as you start Zone 9, the game gets frustrating. All the bosses are purposely designed to waste your time. Sure, they are learnable and masterable, but they're designed in a way where bosses are very slow paced and take up a lot of your time. I know this was because of the 4 Player Co-op but I wish we had singleplayer balancing.

I won't go into spoilers but the extra content you get from beating the game aren't much better. The new bosses are more frustrating and cheap than the main story, unless if you are really patient and take your time to progress. The game just leaves a sour taste in my mouth after beating it because it is gonna be hard to come back and replay this game because of it's flaws. It's a shame because this game is decent if you look past it's negatives and it has some great concepts too like the emerald powers. (Although some of the powers are too situational to be used practically during normal gameplay)

If you really want to play this game, please don't spend full price on it. I would recommend waiting for a sale and/or buying this second hand.
