Well-known clients include UL Laboratories, Cisco Technologies, Siemens Industry, Inc., USA Jet, Siemens Energy, Nestle, and others. Cynthia was named Woman Owned Small Business Supplier of the Year by Siemens in 2018 and one of the 50 Most Influential Women in West Michigan five times. She is the former board chair of the Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM) and also served as the board chair for the National Small Business Association (NSBA). She is currently on the Advisory Board of the Marketing Department for the Seidman School of Business at Grand Valley State University and Michigan Celebrates Small Business (MCSB), which awards the "50 Companies to Watch."
