Description

How To Keep Your Job - Reintegrate after Traumatic Life Experiences, was made possible by acquiring over twenty years of experience training my son and daughter to manage their traumatic life experiences. They needed to be empowered, and I was able to provide them with the tools to overcome the setbacks inflicted by their illnesses. They have now rebuilt their self-worth, self-confidence and their personal growth has improved. I also prepared them with the soft skills that are necessary for searching, finding a job, and keeping the job. The success I have had in helping my son and daughter to overcome their adversities and begin job training and job retention training has inspired me to share their stories. They lost decades of their lives to chronic illnesses, and lost their abilities to attend schools or find work. The thought of studying, the thought of job training goals or thinking about work, stressed them. This training guidebook will definitely empower students with soft skills training to not only succeed as individuals but to position themselves for job preparation and holding the job. This guidebook is intended for individuals who want to develop the skills that will lead to holding their jobs. The guidebook encourages one to keep a job. It encourages confidence in the workplace. This book is intended for individuals who want to develop skills that will boost their self-confidence and subsequently lead to holding a job. It will definitely empower you with skills to not only succeed as individuals but to position themselves for holding a job. It encourages confidence. Although this Guidebook has directly resulted from 22-years of traumatic experiences of one American family, it is much more than their story. The content has proven to have helped them to rebuild their lives and holding a job.

Author Biography:

For over two decades, Ms. King has tirelessly focused her attention on caring for two of her four children who had been struggling with chronic illnesses since they were teenagers. She has successfully helped them cope with their illnesses and reintegrate into society by retraining them to live independently and become financially self-reliant, provided them with the soft skills training that are vitally important to self-improvement and skills for the job market. Ms. King's happiness about her ability to help her son and daughter to recover has encouraged her to share the "recovery techniques" she used. She self-published four books titled, "A Letter to Schizophrenia from a Mother," "When Schizophrenia and Bi-Polar Struck My Son and Daughter," "140 Ways Coping with Stress, Depression and Stigmas," and "Coping with Schizophrenia, Bi-Polar and Stigmas." Alyse also wrote one Coping Workbook titled, "Day After Day Coping with Mental Illness." (A Workbook.) These books tell how she rebuilt her children's lives by helping them with skills that are necessary for coping, managing daily in-home routines, adhering to medical reminders, as well as the increasing joy she felt after each hurdle that marked their movement beyond illness. The experiences gained as the mother of two children who are successfully recovering from illnesses, as well as being their fulltime caregiver, instructor and re-trainer, has enabled her to accumulate many years of expertise. Alyse also self-published three Self-Help Guides on Reintegrating after Traumatic Life Experiences, titled, "Essential Skills for Self-Improvement," Job Preparation," and "Skills to Keep Your Job". She also wrote a "Trainers' Manual for "Self-Improvement, Job Preparation, Job Retention." The Workbooks provide continuing education and training for returning to employment or becoming financially independent, using detailed Motivational Activities designed by I.A. Mohabier, MA to help trainees to visualize their futures. The Workbooks share the systematic techniques that Ms. King used in helping her children to develop personal skills and skills for hunting for a job, securing the job and holding the job. Alyse also wrote three additional books titled, "Comfort and Hope Death of Mother - Reflections From Scriptures," "Confessions from a Romance Scammer - A 30-Day Online Romance, How I Scammed the Scammer," and "A Follow-Up of Confessions from a Romance Scammer
