It was all too much. Leaving Christina is one thing, but having Rachel appear from Sage's past makes it that much worse. And she's being nice, too. Sage is confused when Rachel acts the way she used to before things went wrong between them. That and the fact that Sage is raw and vulnerable after calling things off with Christina puts her in a bad positioned. To make things worse, Rachel comes onto her. When Sage decides she'd not going to fall back into Rachel's trap and puts her out of the house, she decides to go away for a bit. Going home always clears her mind and there's one person in her life who's still on her side. Sage is determined to get over Christina. She won't be that person who can never pick herself up again. She manages, too, and plans a new life where she's the main character in her own story. Until Christina comes back into her life and claims she might love her, after all. Is this just another lie to get Sage into bed with her again? Or is it real this time and her story finally has a happy ending?
