Taaj is an award winning dancer, teacher, and troupe director who has performed in Egypt and taught across the United States. Taaj is the co-creator of the international dance publication, Zaghareet! Her articles have also been published in every major print and online Middle Eastern dance magazine. Taaj began teaching seriously in 2001. From 2001 - 2007, her students won forty-six trophies from competitions in four states. Taaj took what she learned from coaching those students and turned it into The Belly Dance Trainer method so that others could benefit from her champion producing strategies.
