Has a design feature where the audio cuts out to static if the headphones don't detect a certain volume for a certain period of time – it's designed to save the battery life but it's really annoying when you're watching a film with a lot of atmos and suddenly your ears get blasted with static. Also picks up a lot of interference even when you're close to the headphone hub. Spend a bit more money on a better model or stick to wired.

"Great headphones for movies & music, with no annoyance to neighb"
4 stars"

I have been using these (and their predecessor) for years now and can hear music/movies at my desired volume without disturbing any neighbours. I have 3 signal channels and so if one gets a bit of noise/ interference (rare) I can simply tune into another channel. I use them because I like my music (usually rock or opera) and “shoot-em-up” movies at whatever volume I like. My 95yo mother who is getting quite deaf, uses them so that she doesn't blast TV or radio at ear-splitting levels around her retirement village neighbours.All-in-all, a very good product at its price point.
