Author Biography

Born in 1969, Cassandra Austin grew up in outback NSW but completed her formal education at Melbourne University with an MA in Criminology. She has been working in documentary film-making in London, Los Angeles and Melbourne. She also studied creative writing at UCLA and contributed an essay to TALKING UP, an anthology compiled in response to Helen Garner's THE FIRST STONE. SEEING GEORGE is her first novel and she is currently working on her second.
