Jane Peyton is an author, after-dinner speaker, and Principal of School of Booze, an events company, where she produces and presents beer, cider, and wine tasting experiences. She is a beer sommelier, enthusiastic advocate for matching beer with food rather than wine, and instigator of Beer Day Britain (the UK's national beer day).
