Schleich – Mini-Pig With Bottle

Schleich released the Mini Pig with Bottle in 2016. This hand-painted figure features pink skin with black patches like most real mini pigs do. Also included is a bottle to feed the mini pig, a blanket to keep it warm, and a basket where it can sleep for the night.

Fun facts about the animal: Pigs are intelligent, inquisitive, social animals. Mini Pigs require little in the way of housing and can be kept indoors or out. They can be toilet trained like dogs. Indoor pigs need their own space, preferably their own room with a pile of blankets to nest in. Because pigs love to nest, you should provide them with blankets inside.

Schleich was founded by Friedrich Schleich in 1935. Its figurines were first released in the 1950s with the development, production and marketing of comic figurines such as Snoopy and The Smurfs. In the early 1980s they added animal figurines and Muppet characters to their range of products.
