Description

This book is designed to guide the reader through easy to do projects. It is the first in a series of books I plan to write. It is a must for the beginner. Some of the tips and projects are a little bit more advanced and require some carpentry and mechanical skills. I have taken this in to my presentation. My experience as a Master ASE auto mechanic as well adult educator comes out in all my descriptions. Most of the updates and improvements can be done while in camp for extended periods without holding you up. I steer you away for the high priced RV parts sales stores. I have made every effort to direct the reader to products that can safely be use in place of the RV counterparts. Do you know that you can use lower priced toilet tissue in place of the more costly RV brands? Costco(R) sells a great toilet tissue that dissolves very well. We have used this for four years on a continuous basis with no problems. This book is a great gift for some of your buddies that may be greener than yourself. I have included a section on setting up a solar system. The first one I set up was a Harbor Freight(R) unit. It saved me over $30 a month on my electric bills. The new panels I bought and in the process of setting up, features roll-out lower weight higher output. This could be used in place of high priced, high maintenance, noisy generators. I will reveal this and mush more the up coming books. The price you will pay for the tools will pay for the labor.

Author Biography:

I was a former ASE Master auto mechanic for over 15 years. I taught adult education for the UAW in house at various factories in the Detroit area. As a tech writer for GM I learned how to write auto service manuals. And was one of the first writers for Buick to work on art driven remove and replacement procedures. I am a disabled Marine Combat Veteran serving in country during the TET offensive as aviation hydraulic mechanic. I went to Macomb County Community College in my home town of Roseville Michigan and recived an associates degree in general education. Myself and my wife of 37 years have lived in our 26 foot travel trailer for over five years. This was due to predatory lending. We over paid for the home that was defective in 2008. When we were forced to live as nomads I thought, why not turn lemons into lemonade. I began writing writing notes and the idea of start a book series about our experiences began .
