Rock Hudson reigned in the late 1950s and early ‘60s as “Hollywood’s greatest ambisexual swordsman,” seducing icons who included Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor, Errol Flynn, Tyrone Power, Joan Crawford, Ava Gardner, and Lana Turner.
