I've cooked my way through the two previous Ripe publications and this does not disappoint on what looks like delicious, healthy recipes. What I love about this edition is that it labels each recipe to assist with food intolerances and/or diet choices. Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan clearly noted and options offered in mainstream recipes for those interested. This edition is sectioned similar to the first book… By season. I'm yet to cook any of the meals as book only released last week.. But thought I'd post a review to help anyone considering this purchase.
03Apr19 update: I've now cooked some delicious meals from this book. I do love a variety of salads and this edition of Ripe does not disappoint eg Sticky Mango and Avocado Slaw. Favourite main meal so far is Ziva's beef cheeks. As a sweet treat, Hazelnut chocolate mousse cake (and it's vegan – you wouldn't know!). Looking forward to cooking some more of the winter food options with cooler weather approaching.
