Author Biography

RAJIV PRABHAKAR is Economic and Social Research Council Fellow, London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. He is the author of Stakeholding and New Labour (2003) and won the 2001 Political Studies Association Walter Bagehot prize for best UK dissertation on government and public administration.
