Practicing forgiveness, identifying the source of harmful thoughts, meditating and reciting positive affirmations proved to be major keys around Coach Vee MP learning how to renew her mind to improve her quality of life. In 2020, just before the worldwide pandemic, Coach Vee MP published a self-help book sharing in detail the 8 steps that she followed to beat her symptoms of manic depression without medication.
