Author Biography:

Eilis Ferran is a University Lecturer and Fellow in Law of St Catharine's College, Cambridge. She is also Director of 3CL, The Cambridge Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law. Charles Goodhart is Professor of Economics at the London School of Economics.
