Description

Dave Madill is a long-haul Canadian trucker who was on the road for over 25 years. An outdoorsman and former serviceman, most of all he's a father, grandfather and a husband. He's delivered everything that can fit on a semi-truck and a few things that didn't. If a road goes there, Dave's been there - and he's been many places where there were no roads. He has a different perspective of the world we live in, and this shows in his writing. Dave is simply a man who writes what he feels and his smiles and tears come through in his writing to give his reader a view of life which most people seldom see. His words have the power of a diesel engine and the touch of an Angel's wing, causing people to stop and take another look at the world we live in and the people around us. This is his second collection of poetry; poetry lines written from between the (highway) lines.
