Not all hope is lost, however, because a group of elite scientists, politicians, and scholars rose a city into the sky to escape the devastating carnage below. Magnus City is a beacon of hope, and a quite literal symbol of heaven... or, is it? The ruling class divided the city in half with a large fence, keeping the impoverished imprisoned in their own city. Allen is on the wrong side of the fence, and his life is grueling. With very few friends and no family, he has very little hope. His life only goes from bad to worse when a mutated monster created by the elite escape and winds up on his doorstep, begging for help.
