Bones USA is a new production process we're developing that utilizes an injected thermal plastic to make figures. The equipment we're using is SIOcast out of Spain. The SIOcast machine injects melted material into the cavities of a silicone mold. The results are impressive, with the plastic castings holding an incredible amount of detail. We're developing the production processes, molds, and procedures so that we can utilize this new technology to its fullest extent.
