Author Biography:

Carmela Zita Kapeleris was born in Canada to Italian immigrant parents. She lives in Mississauga with her husband and two adult children, both of whom encouraged her to pursue her talents and write this book. Carmela has inspired and empowered hundreds of people into a life of personal and business fulfillment through her various speaking engagements, workshops, multimedia and philanthropic platforms. She is the host/producer of Kapeleris Talk TV-Real Estate & Beyond that promotes business, wealth and healthy living. She has a passion for helping people find their dream home and is an award winning Broker Realtor with over 30 years' experience in the industry. She is known to belong to one of the top sales teams in Canada. She is the recipient of many awards including the Hall of Fame-2005, Lifetime Achievement-2010 and Service Excellence. She has international sales status working on projects in Florida, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica. She has facilitated workshops in Vancouver, Calgary, Ontario, and the U.S. She and her partner/husband have been keynote real estate speakers in Europe. Carmela is the founder of a non-profit networking organization and 'woman helping women' group. She is a proud advocate for World Vision, Children's Miracle Network, Breast Cancer Awareness and Adopt a Senior. She has been featured on radio, TV, newspapers and Profiles of Success Magazine, RESAAS and other publications.
