Author Biography:

Michael Boylan is professor and chair of philosophy at Marymount University. He is the author of 22 books in philosophy (along with over 130 essays) and 7 works of fiction. He has been an invited lecturer at universities in 15 countries on 5 continents. He has also served on national public policy committees and presented at think tanks such as The Center for American Progress and the Brookings Institution.
