Author Biography:

Shruti Tripathi is Associate Professor in the area of HRM & Organisational Behaviour and Former HOD at Amity International Business School, Amity University, Noida, India. She has her Ph.D. in the area of Quality of Life from University of Allahabad, one of the oldest and top ranked Universities of India. She is NET qualified and has a throughout first class academic career. Her research interests include Quality Of Life, Sustainable development, quality of work life, future of work, the emerging issues of management and technology specially in the post pandemic world, changes in societal values on career decisions etc. Her research contributions have been accepted in many International and National journals of repute. Rashmi Rai is an MBA, PhD, working as an Assistant Professor in School of Business and Management, Christ (deemed to be) University. She is also the coordinator of MBA (International Business) Program at her University. Her main area of interest are the emerging issues of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. She has keen interest in research that includes varied topics like Quality of Work Life, successful ageing and work life balance. Ingrid Van Rompay-Bartels holds a M.A and Ph.D. from Leiden University, the Netherlands. She is currently a senior lecturer in intercultural learning at International School of Business at HAN University of Applied Sciences. As a researcher, she also works for the Research Centre of International Business focusing on global citizenship, intercultural learning & competence, diversity & inclusion, and intercultural (virtual) collaboration.
