Joanne looks forward to sharing her experience and knowledge in the business of healthcare and professional development arena, shaping an environment that is innovative and forward-thinking. She loves giving back to her community and when she is not working as a consultant, coaching, or speaking and spending quality time with family, she provides community service. She has touched almost every aspect of Nursing throughout her career and has made Utilization Management her specialty. Joanne is an educator and is the CEO of Delmarva CCS where she resides in Delaware.
