Author Biography

Robert Abbey is former Professor of Legal Education and Practice at the University of Westminster and Judge of the First-tier Tribunal. He is the former Deputy Adjudicator to HM Land Registry, and former Chief External Examiner in property law and practice for the Solicitor's Regulation Authority. Mark Richards is a Solicitor and Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Westminster. He was previously a partner in a central London solicitors' firm specializing in all aspects of property law.
