Once you have mastered this simple method you can teach others around you. Now imagine everyone around you having the same level of expertise! Author Biography:

Michael is a long time advocate of empowering people at all levels of the organization so that they become greatly involved with ensuring the company sustains longevity. He started out at the lowest level of the company and has worked his way through his career field to become a very successful director of systems. He gets the most enjoyment out of his job by teaching others how to use the tools that are already available within their organization and will help the company become more efficient problem solvers. With over 20 years experience in a wide array of commodities and cultures, he decided to create this constructive book to help others over come restraints that exist in their environment and solve problems using a very simple systematic approach. Michael believes that it is better to have a company full of problem solvers than it is to have only a few experts. With everyone involved, the company can grow and steer toward one common goal rather than one common idea.
