Written in an engaging style and full of illustrations and photographs that demonstrate the technique, this book will be of interest to anyone considering options for treatment, as well as anyone wanting to know more about the Alexander Technique.

Author Biography:

Jeremy Chance started his training as a teacher in London in 1976. Since that time, he has established himself as an internationally known and respected teacher of Alexander Technique. He has published many papers on the work, has been a featured teacher at several International Congresses of Alexander Technique, and has made innumerable appearances as a speaker in Australia, New Zealand and throughout Europe, USA and Japan. From 1985 to 2001, Jeremy founded, published and edited DIRECTION, an International Journal on the Alexander Technique which is still in publication. In 2005 he founded his company BodyChance, which now runs the largest Alexander Technique Teacher Education college in the world, with studios in Tokyo and Osaka. Jeremy currently divides his time between Australia, where his two daughters live, and Japan, where BodyChance currently operates.
