PEI is the smallest province of Canada on the Gulf of St. Lawrence, where a large number of the residents earn a living on potato farms and lobster fishery. During his transcontinental road trip across Canada at the age of 20, Japanese photographer Kazutoshi Yoshimura dropped by this island and fell deeply in love with its pastoral landscape, blending of the beautiful nature and simple life of the local people. He eventually stayed for a year taking photographs, and have revisited the island numerous times. This book is his second one featuring Prince Edward Island and contains more than 100 photos from his latest works.
