Description

One of the main reasons which led Mr. Miles to write this book was that so many of his health pupils asked him how they could improve their powers of concentration and memory. He then collected various notes on the subject and has almost completed a book. The more he studied, the more he came to see that merely to concentrate was not enough. Most of the pupils wanted to concentrate for the sake of financial or athletic or other ephemeral success and seemed to regard such success as a final goal.
