James Harrington graduated magna cum laude with a BA from Carroll College, an MA from the University of Wyoming, and a JD from Notre Dame Law School. He enjoyed a successful legal career and raised seven children. He has seventeen grandchildren. Other books include Triumph of a Shanty Irishman Craig Sigurdson, born the same day as James Harrington, graduated from Butte High School and then attended the University of New Mexico where he obtained degrees in English and History with a secondary education teaching certificate. Craig spent many years as a manufacturing representative supplying the art industry throughout the Midwest. He has three living daughters, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is now retired in the Ventura California area.
