My great-grandfather Burling D. Prince, better known as Popsey, had worked on an autobiography before he died. Many years later, my aunt passed the book to me to be bound into book form. "Pleasant Rememberings" is his original work, spanning the late 1800s to the early 1960s, growing up in Philadelphia and New York.

Author Biography:

Burling D. Prince, great-grandfather of author Marisa L. Williams, was an adventuresome lad. Growing up in Philadelphia and New York in the late 1800s and early 1900s, Prince ventured to a great many places. From skipping school to watch the circus set up to emptying a bar with a firework show, Prince was an adventurer used to a little punishment.
