It was a bit of a task to put together at first (I have zero experience with assembling furniture), but I eventually got there. It's pretty comfortable although for my height (178cm), the armrests are a little lower than I would like (same with headrest, but that doesn't bother me). It might just be a plus-sized issue, but that pillow takes up enough of the seat to be somewhat uncomfortable. Once I took the bottom support pillow off, I could make myself at home. My back was crying tears of joy for finally having something in its life to support it. I'm thrilled and would absolutely recommend it.
Even though it was busy on lockdown , they manage to send it to me really fast which is really big kudos to the staffs who also make sure that im at home to get my parcel and they updated me always . Awesome chair as well , easy to assymbol .
