This delicious vegan nut roast by Plantasy Foods is created using 100%
natural, non-GMO plant-based ingredients and is packed with protein. Simply add
water, mix and bake for the perfect nut roast without the hassle!
For best results, allow the prepared mixture to rest for at least 1 hour
before placing in the provided loaf pan to ensures the lentils are hydrated.
Preheat oven to 150oC. Bake the Nut Roast for 1 hour or until it feels firm.
Slice thickly and serve with hot gravy and vegetables. Great sliced cold for
sandwiches. Gently microwave to reheat or heat a pan and fry slices until
caramelised and a crispy crust forms.
