The photos on the mightyape listing don't show a cable attached, yet a constant power supply is required for the item to function. The cable supplied is not long enough to reach our power source, and the instructions advise to only use the one supplied. The description does not include any writtem information about the power supply, but the images show the clock turned on and do not feature a cable in those images. Had the photos and description accurately represented the item, I would not have purchased it. The current sleep training clock we were attempting to upgrade from is rechargeable and cordless (outside of when it is charging) Now they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee. 👎
