Author Anita Ganeri is a full-time writer specialising in children's non-fiction. Anni Axworthy is a freelance illustrator who has worked on a range of animal books, both fiction and non-fiction for publishers such as Walker Books, Zero To Ten and Parragon. She enjoys making wooden animals from salvaged materials, and puppets. She lives in northern France with her young son.
