Attorney Daniel J. Mr. Siegel is the principal of the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC, a law firm based in Havertown, Pennsylvania. He has represented injured workers in workers' compensation, Social Security disability and employment-related matters in Pennsylvania since 1984. He regularly serves as appeals counsel for other lawyers, focusing his efforts on complex workers' compensation matters before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board. A Past-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section, Mr. Siegel is also a frequent lecturer and author on workers' compensation and other matters.
