Marty Clifton worked most of her life in the busy corporate world, but now loves the life of a freelance writer, proofreader, and copyeditor. She has a deep love and appreciation for books that has never wavered over the years. She cherished reading Beatrix Potter and Dr. Seuss books to her son when he was small and has been an avid reader herself since age ten. Marty has also had a longtime dream of writing children's books and inspiring young minds.
