Author Biography:

Jennifer E. Dietrich MD, MSc, FACOG is a Tenured Professor in the Department of OB/GYN and Department of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. She is the Fellowship Director and Division Director for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. She is Chief of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology at Texas Children’s Hospital, and became Medical Staff President Elect of Texas Children’s Hospital in May 2019. Her pediatric and adolescent gynecology division is the largest in the world. Her fellowship training program is currently the largest, and a highly sought after program, among 18 programs in North America. She has been a member of the North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (NASPAG) for nearly 2 decades and has been involved in many leadership roles. Additionally, she serves as the Associate Editor of Gynecology for the Journal of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. Finally, she was recently asked to lead and initiative involving program oversight for all Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Fellowship programs in North America. Angie Hamouie, MD, MPH is currently a fellow at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Childrens Hospital Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology in Houston Texas. Dr. Hamouie has received several honors and awards including the Outstanding Resident Award by the North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology and The Huffman Caparo Award for Best Oral Presentation. She is a speaker and presenter who has presented posters, published journals articles, abstracts and videos as well as contributing to book publications. Her research expertise is in pediatric and adolescent gynecology. Ana Luisa Cisneros-Camacho, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of OB/GYN at Baylor College of Medicine. She obtained her medical degree from the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwell’s South Shore University Hospital. Under the mentorship of Dr. Jennifer E. Dietrich, she completed her fellowship training in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology at Texas Children’s Hospital. She is an active member of the North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (NASPAG) and her research has been published in the Journal of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. She is fluent in Spanish and participates in multi-disciplinary surgical care for patients with congenital anomalies of the reproductive tract and vulva. Nichole Tyson works in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Pediatric/Adolescent Gynecology at Stanford University School of Medicine, Center for Academic Medicine, Palo Alto, California, USA.
