Firstly this house is beautiful, it's well made and a high quality item, unfortunately mighty ape measurements are very WRONG this item is so much smaller than the measurements they have on the listing, which is likely why they have a few returned ones on market place. Really disappointed as it's false advertising and is simply not something I would have purchased, it's def too small for my large cat, so will not be suitable for a dog, best for a small cat
