We have bought Rogan Josh many times. It is a family favourite. Spice level is medium, we prefer to use it with lamb. Goes well with small whole pototoes added to curry – the flavour seeps through. Delicious. Can't find it anywhere else in local supermarkets so very happy it can be ordered from Mighty Ape.
Medium in flavour with a wholesome blend of exotic spices from Kashmir in the north of India. An irresistible combination almonds, coconut and yoghurt gives this sauce a rich and distinctive taste.
