Author Biography:

His numerous poetry collections including Jelly Boots, Smelly Boots and On the Move have delighted children for generations. Michael was the Children's Laureate from 2007 to 2009 and founded the Roald Dahl Funny Prize in 2008 to honour books that make children laugh.
