Author Biography:

Gary E. Haffer currently serves as an Internet strategist, SEO/SEM consultant, campaign advisor, and full-time inbound marketing consultant. He has optimized over 250 websites and has written over 500 press releases from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He is the former director of the Apple user group at the Boston Computer Society, has an entry in Wikipedia, performed Search Marketing at Boston Interactive and Dell, and has served as an adviser for undergraduate and graduate students at Babson College on generating online business strategies for business start-ups. He has also written productivity and database software for Apple, Inc., IBM, and Casio. Haffer earned his master's degree in business administration from Babson College and undergraduate degree from Northeastern University. In addition he has spoken at Harvard, Babson, UMass and other colleges on his method of making web analytics generate actionable insights to move your business forward.
