Hello potential buyer of this product. I purchased this chair and thought it was broken, turns out we where using it wrong. We didn’t understand the mechanism of the lift. We went up but couldn’t go down. If you ever make this mistake just pull it to go up and it will go down.
The chair arrived quickly, it was simple enough to build and super comfortable. The only thing that I was somewhat unhappy with is that it didn't have the cushions which were in the picture. It had different ones unfortunately, considering I got this model for those cushions
As I am tall, I had noted the seat depth before I ordered. This was accurate, but only without the supplied back and neck cushions. I will be passing this chair on to some skinny teenager!
