Marietta Camps wrote this story six months after losing her husband of almost sixty years. This story is an ode to a life well-lived, a person cherished and a great love of nature.

Author Biography:

Written by Marietta Camps a lifelong artist, storyteller to her children and grandchildren, a gardener and nature lover who embarked on many of her own grand adventures. 'Once in a lifetime...Leaf' is a story for children, but not limited to children, about an oak leaf that doesn't want to drop to the floor of the forest until it has had an adventure.
