I have purchased one of these mugs and hoped to use it all the time. Unfortunately when I make a cup of tea (includes milk) the cup is too hot to hold with out burning my hand. So naturally I hold it by the silicone sleeve. But that does not give enough protection. The cup is too hot to hold using the sleeve. Clearly there is a design fault here. Either make it using double glass for protection or add extra thick silicone sleeve, not just double as double doesn't give enough protection from burning your hand.enough. I could not recommend this cup in its current design.
