I was really pumped to try this but weirdly I find this item way too sweet, like intensely sweet. It contains both sugar and artificial sweetener so I can't see why they wouldn't reduce those levels. It's a very sticky paste like texture which can feel ‘gluggy’ in your mouth. It's useful for adding protein down to whatever gram you are needing but not very appealing to eat straight or even on toast etc. I'd maybe try another flavour but if it was also crazy sweet I wouldn't try again.
