Prof. Dr. Martina Heer is Adjunct Professor for Nutritional Sciences at the University of Bonn, Institute of Nutritional and Food Sciences, Germany. Prof. Dr. Jens Titze, MD is Associate Professor of Medicine and Associate Professor of Molecular Physiology and Biophysics at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Nashville, USA .  Dr. Scott M. Smith leads the Nutritional Biochemistry Laboratory at the NASA Johnson Space Center, Clear Lake, Texas, USA. Dr. Nathalie Baecker is Research Scientists at the University of Bonn, Institute of Nutritional and Food Sciences in Bonn, Germany.
