Description

A sequel to The Faceless Nutcracker, this book can stand alone as well. Once upon a time, Nutcrackers were the very best security to be found in the North Pole or anywhere for that matter, but since the faceless nutcracker tricked Santa and the elves, Santa just doesn't trust the nutcrackers any longer. The nutcrackers have a plan though. What can they do to rebuild Santa's trust in them, and will it work? Nutcrackers United will sure to be a new holiday must read in your household each year.

Author Biography:

Elizabeth Lee Sorrell, an Alabama native, is a gifted teacher. She has worked with babies and preschoolers, for twenty plus years. She is a teacher in the Federal Head Start program. In 2017 she was awarded Alabama Head Start Association's Teacher of the Year. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development, her Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education, and her Master's in Early Childhood Education. When not teaching, or leading as the Nursery Coordinator of her church, she is with her family and dear friends, probably reading or writing a book. She loves to spend time with her nieces. Elizabeth is a Christian. She cheers for the Auburn Tigers, and the Atlanta Braves. As a big baseball fan, she has, more than once, written stories in the world of MLB, and watches as many games as she is able. Many of her children's books are inspired by her nieces or an educational need (or a bit of both), as she loves little growing minds! Her novels often explore love, suspense and mystery! Sandra JS Coleman, alum of Auburn and Jacksonville State Universities, earned her BFA in Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design while battling moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. Sandra gave up soccer, and eventually auxiliary with the Auburn University Marching Band and Auburn. She did not, however, let it stop her from becoming a designer and an artist-illustrator, as well as wife and mother. Sandra found that JSU was a hidden gem for artists in the state of Alabama. God has blessed Sandra and her husband with a spunky young child who has a growing and inspiring artistic mind. Sandra's days fill quickly between homeschooling, illustrating, graphic design work, and serving with her local body of believers, but she loves to find ways to use her artistic talents to inspire young minds and share God's love and Good News, especially with her daughter and others placed in her life.
