Author Biography:

From Jacqueline Paul: Here's some basic facts about me: I was born in New Zealand but I grew up on Vancouver Island. I have eight siblings, and I am an acupuncturist, a mother, and an enjoyer of life!Owner of multiple cushion covers, an intermediate rock climber, and a lover of dancing, I make screeching car noises when driving around corners or coming to a halt!My family has tolerated my quirky enthusiasms; my children have endured my energy. With my laptop and a few fond memories, I like to write kids' books, with my talented daughter as my illustrator! Visit me at: jacquelinepaulauthor.comAbout C̸OSINIYE PaulLover of animals, antiques and fun stickers, Coast Salish artist COSINIYE Paul, daughter of prominent artist, Chris Paul, has had their work exhibited in Mark Loria Gallery (formerly Alcheringa Gallery), The Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, and UVic Legacy Art Galleries. They currently live and work in their home in Tsartlip, British Columbia. When not illustrating they create prints, water colours, sandblasted wood sculptures and jewellery.
