I love this book!! so easy to read and easy on the eyes with nice quick suggestions for calming and attending to the self. I have already lent it out to friends who are struggling as it is so good and I'm sure everyone will be able to get something out of it

"As Comforting as the illustrations look"

This book was recommended to me and once I saw the cover I knew I had to get it. I am not one to read a book but within a short period of receiving it from the courier I am already half way through. It is well written and mixes seriousness with coping mechanisms, hints and tricks with humor and beautiful illustrations. The illustrations back the words so if you are more of a visual person then this is the book for you. The words are to the point so some pages have more pictures than words and any quick tips are nicely written and bullet pointed so it is clear and to the point but wonderfully comforting.
