Description

One of the best-known tales from the Old Testament. God warns Noah that there is to be a great flood and that he must take responsibility for saving the animals. As the flood waters rise, Noah builds a huge ark and invites the animals aboard, two by two. A colourful and gorgeously illustrated picture book of the well-known bible story, specially retold for young children. When God warns Noah that he plans to flood the world, Noah must build a mighty ark, big enough to hold two of every animal, before the rain begins to fall... Simple text and large, bright illustrations make this perfect to read together, or for beginner readers to enjoy alone. A classic tale which is part of our cultural heritage and essential reading for all children, irrespective of religion.
